Terms of Service
1. Services
ZKLoop provides demolition, waste removal, and scrap metal recycling services in the Greater Sydney area. All services are subject to site assessment and acceptance of our quote.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the scope of work assessed during our site visit. Any additional work or unforeseen conditions may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual quotes and invoices. Standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.
4. Safety & Compliance
All work is carried out in compliance with relevant NSW legislation, including Work Health and Safety regulations, Environmental Protection Authority guidelines, and local council requirements.
5. Liability
ZKLoop carries comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the scope of work outlined in the accepted quote. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or conditions not disclosed prior to commencement of work.
